Holiday Purchases:
Regular price items purchased in store or online at theurbanshoemyth.com can be returned for an exchange or store credit ONLY until Wednesday, January 8th, 2025. All items purchase on sale are FINAL SALE. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order to be considered for a return. Proof of purchase is required.
In Store Purchases:
Regular price items purchased in store have 7 days for return, exchange or refund. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order to be considered for a return. Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
Online Purchases:
Regular price items purchased online at theurbanshoemyth.com can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order to be considered for return. Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange. Email all return or exchange requests to theurbanshoemyth@gmail.com, subject RETURN REQUEST. The Urban Shoe Myth will provide you with an RA #, which must be on the outside of the package. No items will be accepted for return unless accompanied by this number. Boxes and packaging that is damaged during shipping will not be accepted. Boxes must be in new condition for a return to be accepted - no damage or writing on box.
All sale items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. All jewelry, socks and BN3TH are FINAL SALE.
