SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We ship to Canada and the US.  Items will ship within 2 business days of order. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are incurred by the customer. Parcels returned with COD will be denied.

Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any charges incurred by the Urban Shoe Myth from the return will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Local Delivery within SJ & KV (every Wednesday) - Free (not delivering Christmas Eve)

Canada:

NB, NS & PEI - $15

West, Central, Nfld - $25

Over $300 - Free

USA:

All States - $45
